The Taiga, better known as the Boreal Forest in North America, is a type of forest found in northern parts of the world, such as the Northern United States, Canada, and Russia. It is the one of the coldest biomes in the world, second only to the tundra, with winter temperatures that can dip all the way down to -65 degrees Fahrenheit!
